Windows licenses are typically bound to one PC (HWID). Chrome is basic (no geo/stealth). AI uses your free Groq key — no paid OpenAI billing for the default setup.
During the free promo, portal register unlocks both Windows + Chrome extension access. After promo, $20 Chrome lifetime keys can be issued by admin; full desktop plans remain separate.
